The HSM0802A is an STN-type positive transmissive LCD module designed for displaying 8 characters × 2 lines in a compact form factor.
It adopts STN yellow-green display mode, offering clear visibility under indoor and low-light conditions.
Driven by the AIP31066 controller, it supports standard 8-bit parallel interface and 5V logic operation, making it fully compatible with MCU platforms such as Arduino, and 8051.
Its LED backlight provides stable illumination with 3.2V forward voltage, and the display operates reliably from –20°C to +70°C, suitable for industrial and commercial environments.
