Product Overview

The HTM1601A-24W-A5P is a standard 16 characters × 1 line STN LCD module, adopting blue negative transmissive display mode with a white LED backlight for high visibility.

It is driven by an HD44780-compatible controller, using a 5V single power supply and 8-bit parallel interface, ensuring compatibility with most microcontrollers such as STM32, Arduino, and 8051.

The display features –20°C to +70°C operating temperat

ure and –30°C to +80°C storage range, suitable for industrial and outdoor equipment.

It includes a contrast adjustment pin (V0) that allows flexible contrast tuning through an external resistor (VR5K).
