160×32 STN Yellow-Green Positive Transflective LCD Module (HSM16032D)

The HSM16032D is a 160×32 dot-matrix LCD module built with STN Yellow-Green Positive Transflective technology, offering excellent readability under both indoor lighting and bright outdoor conditions.

 Its transflective structure allows ambient light to enhance visibility, making it well suited for instruments and industrial interfaces. Powered by a 5.0 V supply and integrated with the ST7920 driver IC, this module provides reliable performance with stable contrast through a 1/32 duty and 1/5 bias driving scheme.

The wide operating temperature range of –20 °C to 70 °C, combined with a durable metal frame and compact mechanical layout (PCB width 116 mm), ensures long-term stability even in demanding operational environments.

 The yellow-green LED backlight (I = 40 mA) offers bright and uniform illumination for clear data and graphic output.
