The TFT050B012 is a 4.95-inch high-resolution TFT LCD module designed for modern handheld, industrial, and smart home applications requiring a slim, high-brightness, and vertically oriented display. Featuring a crisp 480×960 RGB resolution, this module delivers sharp text, vivid graphics, and excellent color uniformity across the entire viewing area.

Built with the GC9503C display driver IC, it supports stable RGB interface signaling and smooth image rendering. With a robust operating temperature range of –20 °C to 70 °C, a thin mechanical structure, and a flexible FPC tail suitable for bending during assembly, the module integrates seamlessly into compact embedded devices. Its 12-LED backlight (19.2 V, 20 mA × 2 strings = 40 mA) ensures high brightness and clear visibility even in challenging lighting environments.
