128×64 Transflective STN Yellow-Green Graphic LCD Module (3.1", ST7565P Driver)



This 128×64 transflective STN yellow-green LCD module is designed for outdoor-readable and low-power embedded applications. The transflective positive mode provides strong visibility under both ambient light and LED backlight illumination, making it ideal for industrial handheld devices and portable systems. With its 3.1-inch display area, the module balances compact dimensions with ample usable interface space for icons, menus, and system diagnostics.


Powered by the highly stable ST7565P driver IC using 1/64 duty and 1/9 bias, the module delivers excellent pixel uniformity and contrast consistency across temperature ranges. The mechanical design includes a reinforced stiffener and fine-pitch FPC to ensure strong structural reliability during assembly. With an overall outline of 54.00 × 42.00 mm and a slim profile, this module integrates smoothly into compact housings while maintaining clear visual output on its 33.24 × 16.52 mm active area.


The module’s yellow-green LCD layer paired with a white LED backlight ensures high legibility in diverse lighting conditions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor interfaces.
