This 3.95-inch square In-Cell TFT LCD display module integrates touch and display into a single optical structure, enabling superior thinness, reduced weight, and enhanced optical clarity. With a high-resolution 480×480 pixel layout, it delivers sharp visual definition ideal for modern round-edge UI designs and applications where compact yet crisp display performance is required. The full viewing direction capability ensures consistent readability from all angles, making it suitable for handheld devices, wearables, smart terminals, and home-automation panels.

The module uses an In-Cell touch architecture, combining the capacitive touch layer within the LCD cell itself. This eliminates the need for an external cover lens bonding process and reduces internal reflections, resulting in clearer imagery and higher sensitivity. The mechanical design—including precise cover-glass alignment, FPC reinforcement, and optimized backlight optical stack—provides dependable stability under long-term operation.

With a MIPI interface, the display delivers high-speed data transmission suitable for advanced UI animations and visually rich applications. The module’s design supports integration into slim housings, with thickness controlled around 2.1–2.4 mm depending on the assembly area. The optional front protective film ensures the display surface remains scratch-free during the customer’s manufacturing process.

Operational stability is supported across a wide temperature range of –20°C to +70°C, while storage conditions down to –30°C allow flexibility in transportation and warehousing. The backlight adopts a multi-string LED configuration offering strong uniformity, and brightness is estimated at 380–450 cd/m², enhanced by optimized light-guide and diffuser layers.

This In-Cell display is especially suited for next-generation smart home hubs, wearable dashboards, medical mini-screens, instrument panels, and AI-driven compact terminals. Its square aspect ratio and wide-angle view fit UI layouts involving icons, widgets, and circular indicators, providing a highly adaptable visual platform for embedded product designers.
